Last year, I worked up two of these Small Mini Photo Basket Fillers with this gorgeous Berry Blast colorway after I found it on clearance at Hobby Lobby. Because it was after Valentine’s Day, I decided to hold off on sharing the project. But now, it’s just in time to fit in with my 14 Days of Valentine Inspired Craft Self Challenge.

These Small Photo Prop Basket Fillers are great for hanging off the side of a basket or bin with baby leaning on, as well as on the top of some layering blankets.

Materials:
- L11/8mm Crochet Hook
- Less than 50 yards of Bulky/Chunky (5) Yarn - I used Deborah Norville’s Serenity Chunky Weight Yarn in Berry Burst
You can also use two strands of worsted weight yarn held together.
- #18, or #20 Tapestry Needle for Weaving in Ends.

Time Spent:
I was able to complete this basket filler in about 25 minutes.

Abbreviations:
DC - Double Crochet
You can start with a FDC (Foundation Double Crochet) if you want to make your mini blanket shorter or longer.

Measurements:
8.5” Wide x 12” in Length
