The central motif on the top-down Berry Pie Socks is reminiscent of a ripe summer cherry or plum, and columns of eyelet rib imitate the seeds of delicious strawberries and raspberries. Wear your love of berries and berry pie on your feet!
These socks can be made for a woman’s size Medium to Large foot (US shoe sizes 6-10), with the foot size easily adjusted by varying the number of chart repeats.
The pattern requires the knitter to be able to work in the round on double pointed needles, read a chart, and work some basic increases and decreases. Substitutions for the recommended yarn and needles may result in a change in the overall size of the socks.
