I wanted to design something for my good friend by the sea and this was it. The recycled cotton/acrylic mix is lovely to use and results in a light drape to the blanket.

The relief wave stitch gives a lovely texture without making it difficult. This should be easy enough for a beginner but interesting enough for a more experienced crocheter to work up quickly. Looking forward to seeing some variations!
