Inspired by the scientific name for the Birch Tree, these
mitts will ward off the chill and keep hands cozy.

The Betula Mitts use simple 4-stitch cables alternating with
blocks of knit and purl for an unusual texture. The simple
8-stitch repeat is easy to memorize, making these a great
take-along project. 1x1 Rib provides a snug fit around the
hands and wrist.

Chart is worked in the round; read each chart row from
right to left as a RS row.
