US 1 (2.25mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge, cable needle and tapestry needle

Gauge
8 stitches and 12 rows per inch in stockinette

Leg circumference: 7, 8, 9, 10 inches
Foot circumference: 7, 8, 9, 10 inches
