A Big Owl (10” tall), the perfect size for cuddling. Big Owl can be knitted as a stuffed toy or as a pajama case. Instructions for both are included in this pattern.

For an ADVENTUROUS BEGINNER knitter because the construction uses short row shaping (explained in the pattern) and a little bit of knitting in the round on dpns. Parts of the owl are knitted separately and then sewn on.

Knitting in the round on double pointed needles

Bulky weight yarn: approx 150 yds main color and 20 yds yellow
