This easy shrug is knitted flat with cables at either end that become the cuffs. There are only 2 small seams. The trim knitting is done as you are knitting the body of the shrug. The sample pictured was made with one strand each of Classic Elite Portland Tweed and Giselle. The Portland Tweed has been discontinued. I found that one strand of Classic Elite Chalet or Chateau work wonderfully. Chalet and Chateau are essentially the same type of yarn, but Chateau is dyed and Chalet is undyed. You will have fun knitting and wearing this shrug.
