Billa is a hooded jacket for children and teens Choose from Billa, a 3-color design with scalloped detail or Dry Billa, a single color version with a contrasting zipper. This jacket is worked from the top down, and the hood and body are a single piece with raglan increases at the shoulders and the twisted-rib zipper bands built in. The sleeves are picked up and knit, and the hood is finished with a 3-needle bind off, so there is no seaming involved.
Neatly fitted under the arms, Billa is designed for comfort and action.
