Our 2023 Bird Corner Afghan CAL featuring 12 Birds of the World, continues with our Tenth Afghan Square: Great Spotted Woodpecker

The most wide-spread woodpecker in Europe and Asia, the Great Spotted Woodpecker can be found in forests, parks and gardens with mature trees.

Using the popular technique C2C (Corner-to-Corner), a new Bird Square will be available at the beginning of every month, along with some fun facts about each beloved Bird’s unique characteristics.

Each Square is 14.5” using Lt Worsted/DK yarn (or 16.5” using optional Worsted Weight yarn).
