This was a peacock-inspired belly dance costume. Special consideration was given to the stitch patterns on both pieces. The shells in the top are reminiscent of the small feathers on a peacock’s neck, and the pineapples in the skirt represent the larger petals in the peacock’s tail.

The top additionally has hidden bust shaping for the perfect fit.
