My husband often travels to Birmingham, England on business, and in the winter months it’s very cold. He requested a squishy, luxurious brioche cowl that he would wear to stay warm, but still look professional at work.

Once his was completed, I needed one too! Mine is shown in 2 color brioche and is reversible. The pattern includes instructions for both!

I used one skein of Blue Moon Fiber Arts Yaksi for the single color cowl, and the variegated yarn pooled in fun and interesting ways. If you knit loosely, plan to use 2 skeins as I had only a few feet of yarn left after binding off.

My two colored cowl used about half the LC and 2/3 the MC of Fyberspates Scrumptions Sport.
