I used a G/4.25 mm hook for this pattern and not a 4.00 mm as stated above.

I designed this sweet bolero for my daughter’s fourth birthday. I wanted something simple and easy to do with lovely ribbing. I just love ribbing on a bolero or cardi so I couldn’t resist adding it to this pattern. This pattern is also very versatile. You can make it a full length cardigan by simply adding more rows. You could also add a several more buttons if you like a lot of buttons.
