I designed the Biscuit Blanket to keep fresh, homemade biscuits nice and hot. It has been one of my most popular designs, and many people have made this project as a gift. It is great to give with a loaf of bread inside at the holidays, for a housewarming present, or even as a shower gift.

Made from cotton, it features an interesting texture pattern that is fun to learn and work. This is quick and easy, perfect for the holidays (pattern includes my Springtime Dishcloth pattern.)

NEW! I now have a kit available for the Biscuit Blanket that includes the pattern, main yarn, accent color yarn, two deluxe full-color bookmarks featuring my Blue Ribbon Biscuit recipe (one for you, one for a friend), a gift card featuring a print of one of my fine art paintings, and a humble gift bag.

My patterns feature easy to read, clear instructions with beautiful scrapbook style full-color cover sheets and color close-up shots of stitch patterns and other details.

I even include my personal Blue Ribbon Biscuit recipe -- I won a blue ribbon for Southern style biscuits and I designed the biscuit blanket to keep those biscuits hot at the table.

The pattern is available on Ravelry as a download; if you prefer a printed version please visit my Etsy store. You can find my full line of patterns here on Ravelry and at Etsy, including Christmas Stockings, hats, scarves, gift bags, and other great projects you can finish in time for the holidays.
