These sexy thigh-highs will thrill the neighborhood. Basic ribbing and stockinette stitch surround the ultra-delightful phrase that streams down the back of the leg with force and beauty.
Required Skills 
Knitting in the round, knitting with dpns, decreases, increases, knowledge of basic sock construction, picking up stitches, Kitchener stitch (grafting), working lace from chart or written instructions.
Note: one bit of information that is missing from the pattern: change to larger needles after working the cuff.

Leg length: 20”/51 cm, or adjustable to fit 
Lower thigh circumference measured approx. 4–5”/10–12.5cm above the knee: 13¾“/35cm 
Circumference around knee: 13¼”/33.5cm

Shalimar Yarns Zoe Sock (100% superwash merino wool; 450yds/411m per 113g skein); color: Buttermilk; 2 skeins 
US 1½/2.5mm needles for working in the round: dpns, 1 long circular or 2 short circulars, or size needed to obtain gauge 
US 1 / 2.25mm needles for working in the round: dpns, 1 long circular or 2 short circulars 
Elastic thread, yarn needle, stitch markers, ¼“/0.5cm ribbon (optional)
