Chippity, chip, chirrup! This happy little squirrel is ready for fall. :)

Worked in three pieces, including body, head and tail, he makes a fairly quick project requires no advanced crochet knowledge.

Stitches used include chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double, double crochet, and popcorn.

Finished squirrels are between 2.5” and 3.5” high, depending on the weight of the yarn you use. I like to use DK or sport weight yarn and a 3mm to 3.5mm hook. You can make larger squirrels with worsted weight yarn and a bigger hook.
