This lovely lace pattern works up quickly and keeps things interesting as you knit. Good for advanced beginners, the stitches used are not too intense but create a striking braided pattern on the top of the sock.

These are great summertime socks and you can make them any length to fit your preferences.

You will need:
• Size 2 (2.75 mm) circular needles
• 200-400 yards of fingering weight yarn
• Tapestry needle
• One stitch marker

Stitches Used:
K – knit
St – stitch
PSSO – pass slipped stitch over
P – purl
P2tog – purl 2 together
K2tog – knit 2 together
KFB – knit front and back
SSK – slip, slip, knit
YO - Yarn over
