Blended Stripes is a garter stitch shawl with an easy and decorative mosaic (slip stitch) pattern mixed with broad stripes. The shawl is worked sideways and has an asymmetrical triangular shape.

Finished measurements:
from side to side 220 cm / 87 inches
from top to bottom at deepest point 60 cm / 24 inches
(after blocking)

Yarn:
Fingering weight.
The sample was knit using Miss Babs Yummy 2-ply (365 m/115 g), colour Oregon Mist (A) and Coal (B), 1 skein in each colour, in all 730 m.

Gauge:
20 sts and 40 rows = 10 cm in garter stitch.

Needle size:
3.75 mm circular needle, minimum 60 cm.
