The Bloomst cowl was created as a visual respite from the unusually cold winter. It is knit from the bottom up in a funnel shape so the bottom easily covers coat collars preventing any cold breeze from hitting the nape of the neck.

Size
The cowl measures 38”/97cm in circumference around the bottom and 28”/71cm in circumference around the top. It measures 19” from bottom to top.

Yardage
Knit as-is it uses almost exactly the same yardage per color.
340yds/310m motif color
340yds/310m background color
the yardage listed is generous to allow for slight variations in gauge.

The pattern includes exact instructions as well as the formula for the pattern to allow for customization.

This pattern was very fast and fun to knit. This cowl shape is my favorite to wear. If you like this shape make sure to check out Wribbons, another pattern I did in this shape that I wore every single day this winter.
