Sweater is worked in one piece to underarm, then divided for fronts and back.

The body is stockinette with simple lace trim at lower edge and cardigan opening, worked at the same time as the body. Sleeves are an all over eyelet pattern. The sweater fastens with crochet ties at the neckline.

The pattern booklet contains directions for a coordinating bonnet and blanket. The entire set takes about 1450 yards.

The booklet also has patterns for two other baby sets.
