Simple sleeveless blouse in 4ply wool from Stitchcraft, July 1964.

Three sizes, to fit 36-37 / 38-39 / 40-41 inch bust. Uses 7/7/8 ounces Patons Nylox Knitting (wool-nylon), suggested colour Apple Blosson 3255. Materials: A pair each of No. 12 (2.25 mm) and No. 10 (3.25 mm) needles.

The blouse is with separate back and front pieces knitted flat from the bottom up with a square neckline. The neckline is then edged with a separate, sewn-on lacy knitting edging on the 3 front sides of the square neck and garter stitch at the back neck.

No sleeves. Sleeve edges are finished with garter stitch. Bottom edge is in moss stitch.

Intended with ca. 2 inches positive ease in the bust, no shaping in the torso.
