The Blue Lagoon brings up a lot of imagery for people. Some people think of the spa in Iceland. Some think of the movie (1980). Some think of their Caribbean vacation. To me, it brings up tropical cocktails. When I found Blue Curacao Syrup from Monin, I was overjoyed. The Blue Lagoon Mocktail (Blue Curacao Syrup, Sprite, Lemon Juice, and Sugar Syrup) is a wonderful example of an easy way to bring me to my happy place without an alcoholic haze.

This pattern is another quick project that is all happy place to me. Super simple to execute yet with great lacy texture, it makes a quick and easy cowl that’s fun to make. The pattern includes a chart of the repeat to make it easy to alter - the motif set up is 1 inch by 1 inch, so you can easily add or delete repeats.
