US 6 - 4.0 mm
Child [chest] sizes: 26-27, 28-29, 30-31, 32-33 inches. Adult [chest] sizes: 34-35, 36-37, 38-39, 40-41 inches

The pattern suggests stranding the wool for the colour work but intarsia works just as well. There are two separate charts for the child and adult sizes.
