This shawlette was designed to be used as a shoulder wrap, or stylish neck warmer. The lace edging is fairly simple, so this would be an excellent project for a beginning lace knitter.

This is a one skein project written for Malabrigo Worsted or Manos Del Uruguay Maxima. Getting the exact gauge is crucial, so get gauge by going up or down needle size. Also, cast on and bind off on the largest needle and be sure to use the stretchy bind off in order to block correctly.
