This one size dress fits both the Kidz n Cats and American Girl doll which it will fill tighter on. You can add buttons like in the bottom photo or thread ribbon through the holes. It ties up at the back of neck. I used Loop & Threads which had sparkles in it and it is the same weight as Vanessa so either could be used.
