Inspired by the x games in Munich (Skateboard, BMX, Mountainbike, Moto Cross…) this beanie came into existence.
It has a two-color (corrugated ribbing) that reminds of skid marks or bicycle tires. Then comes the lettering “BMX!” which is followed by a big jumping BMX rider.
The top has again the lettering and the bycicle tire pattern on it.
You can also knit it in neon or other striking colors.
So it will look even cooler :)
Note: there are at most two colors in one round, so it’s easier to knit than you may think!
It comes in two sizes.
It is completely knitted from 4-ply sock yarn leftovers. But you can also use Acrylic or Merino yarn of similar weight (4- 5 ply).

Sie hat einen zweifarbigen Bund im Reifenprofil, gefolgt vom Text “BMX!”.
Dann folgen die springenden BMXler. Den Abschluß bildet wieder der Text und das Reifenprofil.
Auch in Neonfarben oder anderen Farbvarianten sieht die Mütze cool aus.Vielleicht sogar noch besser :)

Es sind diesmal auch zwei Größen im Muster enthalten.
Da maximal 2 Farben in jeder Runde enthalten sind, ist sie auch für Strickanfänger geeignet.
Die Mütze ist komplett in 4-fach Sockenwollresten gestrickt. Ihr könnt aber auch Acrylgarn oder Merinogarn ähnlicher Stärke (4 - 5 fach) verwenden.
