Treasures From The Living Reef In Crochet

This is “Bob” the Bobtail Squid. Bob is a clever fellow whether he’s bobbing around in the surf, camoflauging himself with a sand coat or showing off his luminescent personality. At only 5”, Bob is very close to the actual size of a real bobtail squid. As the bobtails have very little natural form of defense, they are capable of “inking” like their larger relatives. Additionally, they are able to ingest bacteria which is then stored in their bodies which gives them night camoflauge against the moonlit sky. Bob has glow in the dark beads on his underside and glows in the dark just like his real counterpart!
