Bobbly Flower Square is a versatile pattern and it’s easy to adjust the size of square by how many rounds of borders you work. You can stop at Round 3 for a small square or continue on for a larger square.

The sample squares shown in the pictures were all done in worsted weight with an I hook (5.5mm)

  • 2nd pic: worked to Round 6 and measures approx. 6 inches
  • 3rd pic: worked to Round 5 and measures approx. 5 inches
  • 4th pic: worked to Round 4 and measures approx. 4 inches
  • 5th pic: worked to Round 3 and measures approx. 3 inches

Errata: In the pattern pdf, the beginning of the size description should read “worked to Round 6” as opposed to “worked 6 rounds”. Sorry about the confusion!

I’m hosting a Bobbly Flower Square CAL in I love Crochet Afghans group. This is an ongoing CAL in a relaxed atmosphere, so feel free to join us whenever you’re ready to make your blanket!
