“Boo!” is a whimsical design where little ghosties gradually emerge out of your knitting, and stare back at you from your completed socks! The ghastly motif, an adaptation of a Barbara Walker pattern, is created with a few lace stitches and continually crossing cable stitches, which could be worked with or without a cable needle. The toe-up construction guarantees a custom fit, and the whole is crowned with spooky asymmetrical ribbing that flows naturally from the ghost motif.

Originally released for the Super Sock Scarefest 2008, this fun pattern would be appropriate any time of year for a cute, stretchy sock!
