• embroidered duplicate stitch hearts~including photo tutorial and video ink. If this is something new to you, I hope you try it.

• have included tips, photos and video links for duplicate stitch, afterthought heel, Kitchener stitch, Magic Loop, and Longtail Cast On to help you along.

• Tips for jogless stripes are included.

• you may choose to use a second gauge size needle to cut in your heel while still in the process of knitting your foot, as I do. You can also use waste yarn or a stitch holder to put the foot stitches on hold, complete the heel and then put the foot stitches back on the needle.

• You may substitute the heel that fits you best, as it will not affect the overall pattern other than eliminating the heart on the back of the heel.
