This Dragonpine Designs pattern was designed by Cathy Frauts.

This pattern is a great introduction for anyone wanting to learn how to knit socks on two circulars (as opposed to using dpns or using a single circular needle for Magic Loop). This pattern is designed for worsted-weight yarn, making a very thick and incredibly warm sock. Great for the winter in boots! Briggs & Little makes an excellent “woolly” worsted-weight yarn with 20% nylon content; if you cannot find Tuffy in a store near you and don’t wish to order online, look for a worsted weight yarn with nylon for durability. Because this sock is very plain (ribbing at the top for the cuff, but otherwise no pattern), it lends itself very well to a variegated yarn if you’ve got one! :)
