Knit using 2 skeins of Malabrigo Worsted Merino, this hat makes great use of that beautiful skein of variegated yarn that you have been hoarding! Pair it with a coordinating solid yarn and you’ve got a beautiful, quickly knit hat! This pattern makes a great stash buster, as it can be easily be knit with partial skeins of at least 80 yards each.

Difficulty: Easy
Yarn: Malabrigo Yarn Merino Worsted (100% merino wool; 210 yds/192 meters) 2 skein, shown in Mariposa and Lettuce 

Gauge: 20 stitches and 26 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch

Finished size: One size fits most adults 

Needles: 16” US 6 (4 mm) circular needle
 and 16” US 8 (5mm) circular needle

Notions: 1 stitch marker, and a yarn needle. 

Stitches Used: knit, purl, k2tog, p2tog
