Borrowed Plumes Mittens are designed to match Borrowed Plumes Hat and Cowl set or Slouchy Borrowed Plumes Hat. The lace pattern is wavy and shapes the top of mittens, so there is no need for top decreasings.

These are also lovely as fingerless mitts. After Lace chart 2 just cast off those increased 15 thumb gusset stitches and then after 3-4 repeats of Lace chart 1, purl one row and cast off stitches.
