This super long backed cardigan is akin to the Ledbury in my range, but is designed with the babe in arms and toddler in mind.
It has a fuller and longer skirt to stop it riding up when baby is laid down and looks stunning when carried, toddling or crawling around.
Knitted top down in one piece and has options for long or short sleeves, with only sleeve seams so there are no pressure points when they lay down.
Knitted on 3 3/4 and 4 mm (US5 and 6) needles, sample is in Guernsey yarn, but a light double knit will work perfectly well.

I have used Guernsey as it lends itself to a warner garment as it knits up more densely than double knit.
