This top down raglan cardigan is ideal for spring and summer. Lightweight and with wonderful drape from the silk and wool blend of Woodbury, this little cardigan can will give you just a bit of warmth. Perfect for layering over a dress or a sleeveless top, this sweater is sure to become a wardrobe staple. For a longer cardigan simply knit more length before beginning the short row shaping.

The shawl was designed in collaboration with Miss Babs for their Summer Collection for Maryland Sheep and Wool 2017.

Miss Babs Woodbury (65% merino wool, 35% tussah silk; 400 yards/365 meters/3.4 ounces/97 grams), 3 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins, shown in Dunk. Or 1200 (1200, 1200, 1200, 1600, 1600, 1600) yards fingering weight yarn.
For best results when working with hand dyed yarns we strongly suggest alternating skeins of the same color throughout your project.
