Description:
An easy lace hat pattern for autumn. 50 g main color (white) and small amounts contrast color (yellow). See also tips in the description.

Size: Woman medium, fits a head about 52cm/ 20 ½ Inches
Edit 11.10.2020: I added a 100-stitch version in addition to the original 96-stitch hat, which is a bit more stretchy and will fit a slightly larger head. If you’re unsure about the size: work the brim and try it on your head. Change to larger needles or thicker yarn if you need more width.
Yarn, white hat: Mondial Sublime; Main color (white): 50 gram; Contrast color (yellow): small amount (2 grams)
Yarn, orange hat: Main color “Air”, Trysil garn (orange): 50 gram = 160.0 meters (used about 32 g). Contrast color: small amount (about 2-3 grams)
Gauge: 21 sts in stockinette = 10 cm / 4 Inches
Needles 3,5 mm (US 4) and 4,0 mm (US 6)

Note: You will work from a chart. There are no written instructions for the chart.

Knitting stitch source: I used a stitch pattern from “750 Knitting Stitches”, Pavilion Books 2015. The book has a written description of the basic stitch pattern, on page 140.

The pattern isn’t tested by others than me. I don’t take responsibility for any errors, but would be grateful to know if you find some.
