MOVING DAY! Please find this pattern at new location Bellsisterdebbie Designs here 2/27/2012**

This is a very stylish and comfortable cotton cloche- perfect for fickle weather, if you are having a bad hair day or for a lovely CHEMO HAT donation!

Very easy to knit! Clear and well written directions. Pattern support from designer, if needed!

NOTE: $2.00 of each pattern purchase will go towards the national Halos of Hope organization. Read what the Prez of Halos of Hope, Pam Haschke, had to say about knitting up this hat:link text

To knit a smaller size, just CO fewer stitches in the band (about 112 stitches-but be sure to catch up to the 156 stitches for the body of the hat)

The Cascade Fixation is in the band only and gives it elasticity while the Cascade Ultra Pima is mostly in the body of the hat, and is very soft to the touch!

If you use a yarn other than the pattern calls for, then adjust needle size accordingly.

“Scootertoots” variation is so adorable! Go to her pattern page to see how she adjusted the pattern for her granddaughter! What a cutie!

An excellent variation can be seen on MizToolLady’s project page. She came up with a large rice paper heart to pin onto the hat for chemo patients. This allows the patient to have her doctor, nurses, friends -“sign” her heart that is pinned to her Bow Tie Cloche! Awesome! Check it out!
