BOW TIE SCARF

This design requires a standard gauge machine with two fully functional beds. This includes Japanese machines with ribbers as well as European double bed machines. The machine must be able to create half fisherman’s rib as well as full fisherman’s rib. Most can do so. Tables with the settings commonly used by various brands are found at the end of the pattern. Always check your manual, too because it is not possible to consider the unique features of every model ever made in these charts. Some manuals refer to half fisherman’s ribbing as “English Rib” and full fisherman’s ribbing as “Double
English Rib”. Fingering to light sport weight yarn may be used. The sample employs 2 yarns run together to create the tweed. Tassel making instructions are included.
