Brachiosockus was invented as a gift for a friend of mine that loves dinosaurs. I wanted to use self-striping yarn, but have it be more interesting than a plain vanilla sock, so I threw in a little stranded dinosaur motif. These socks are knitted toe up with my favorite version of an afterthought heel and can be done two at a time. They are simple enough for newer sock knitters, but have a little extra spice to keep more experienced knitters interested.
