This is my take on Braided Cable with Seed stitch socks. These are a combination of braided cable with seed stitch. The results made me think of Irish Fisherman sweaters. I love cable patterns and hope that you will too. These were knitted on US 1 dpn. A very fine feeling and tight knit. The yarn was Knit Picks Bare Fingering, merino/nylon. I have knitted these a few times and decided to get the pattern down on paper. Always take care of your hand knitted items and read the yarn recommendations. I usually hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry as I think they last longer.
You do need to have Knit Picks Bare Fingering yarn (about 460 yards) and you also need a little patience and the love of a challenge…the end rewards are truly wonderful and worth the experience.

Happy knitting and have fun. And always when using my patterns please do contact me for any problems. Love to hear and see results of my patterns.
