These thick, cozy fingerless mittens are colorful, yet easy to create with just one active yarn per row/round. The colorful motif is created using mosaic knitting, which involves alternating slipped and knitted stitches.

Instructions are provided for both flat work or knitting in the round.

You’ll need about 1 skein of the MC, shown in “Dusk”, and 30-35 yds each of contrast colors “Marble Heather” and “White”.

If you use the “flat” knitting instructions, you’ll need a tapestry needle for seaming.

If you use the “in-the-round” knitting instructions, you’ll need a stitch marker to act as a start of round marker.
