Breakwater is the perfect layering piece and spans the seasons in the wool/cotton blend. Combining simple lace and basic cables, it will knit up quickly so you can be out and about in no time.
Worked in the round from the bottom up, the stitches are divided at the armholes to work the front and back separately to the shoulders. The shoulders are shaped using German Short-rows, then joined using Three-Needle Bind-Off. The sleeves are worked in the round from the cuff up, then the cap worked back and forth.
