‘For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.’
-Judy Garland

This is not a sock to just throw on, but one to slip into as you would a fine silk stocking. It’s not a drab bit of plain stitching, but a marvel of well-fitting form and dreamy details. Like a finely made corset, you wear it not just for function, but for its marvelous style as well. Breathless is a sock that leaves you not bored, but breathless with delight!

Breathless is knit in fingering weight yarn, and looks great in a semi-solid or tonal colorway. It features toe-up construction, light beading as a design accent, twisted stitches simulating corset boing and a lacy bind-off that looks great in either matching or contrasting yarn. The heel is an entertaining knit using Cat Bordhi’s sky-arch construction.
