“Something about post stitches gives colorwork an extra layer of depth. The Brickyard Socks are worked in two contrasting colors of yarn to really help the rows pop. If you’re nervous about working stripes and a textured stitch, try working one sock in just the textured stitches and then add in color on the second.

“These toe-up socks are worked with a standard wedge toe, textured stitches, stripes, a heel flap, and a simple ribbed cuff.”
