The Bridgman Beanie is made with DK (lightweight size 3) yarn and a size I crochet hook. The ribbed band is crocheted first and then the body of the hat is done in an easy shell design. The finished hat will measure approximately 9 ½” from top to edge and will fit an average size head. The model is done with beautiful hand-dyed yarn milled in Bridgman, Michigan. Any soft, DK weight yarn will work.
