The Brighton Cowl is the third pattern for my London Calling KAL and trip to the UK! After knitting up the London Mitts, I needed just one more fix of Uncommon Thread….

Bold, round leaves and soft, squishy garter are perfect in Ce Parsiano’s artisan yarn. The distinct lines of the garter stitch and contrast of the leaf panels showcase the color shading and the subtle sheen of the silk and BFL in the fiber, creating a bold and luxurious cowl. I may need to make one more.

This would be gorgeous in any of Ce’s other Worsted yarns as well - you want squishy, round and soft.

Gauge: gauge is given in garter, and leaf pattern. Since this is a cowl, exact gauge is not important. Using a squishy, round yarn is :)
