My second sock pattern has got to be the most spring-ish sock ever! Enjoy them long, or choose only a part of the charts for shorter socks.

These tulips and butterflies just want to bring on the spring. Have fun playing with colours, I’m curious to see how your socks will turn out!

These are fun to knit colour work socks, and because of the long floats, I have included a easy step-for-step instruction how to use the laddered jaquard technique to catch the floats and keep the socks nice and stretchy.

What do you need? 210 meter sock yarn (in main colour).
100 meter sock yarn in a second colour (contrastcolour for heel and toe)
3x 10 gr sock yarn: for the hearts, butterflies and tulips. And possibly a 4th colour (green) for the leaves if that isn’t the same colour as the heel.
2.75 & 2.5 mm sock needles

Size: S (60 sts), M (66 sts) & L (72 sts)
Gauge: Stokinette st: 30 st. & 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm. (unblocked)
