DESCRIPTION
Brood is inspired by the need to think deeply about the world around us. We all experience those times in our lives where things weigh heavy, and it is hard to find joy again. For me, I needed a place to put all that energy. Brood is about taking those heavy thoughts and letting them free. The simple knit-purl textured pattern makes this design a meditative, squishy and cozy cowl. It will keep you extra warm this winter season! The easy color changes give this design a playfulness that keeps things from getting too repetitive. I hope you love creating your brood cowl as much as I enjoyed making mine. And I hope you know it is okay to take time to brood.

Model is shown wearing a Size 2.

This pattern has not been test knit and tech edited.

CONSTRUCTION
Brood is a cowl that is worked in the round from the top down. It has two rounds of increases to give it a slightly sloped look. It has color changing rounds that are worked ever few rounds so you can carry and alternate your yarn on the inside (leaving fewer ends to weave in).
