This hat and mitt studies how sideways lines can be combined. The lines create asymmetry on the mitts and a symmetrical tri- angle on the hat.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
Hat: 19 (221⁄2)” circumference
Mitts 71⁄2 (9)” circumference at palm

Harrisville Designs WATERSHED (worsted weight)
100% Pure Virgin Wool 110 yds (100m)/1.75 oz (50g)

3 (3) Skeins
Note: both hat and mitts can be made with 3 skeins (for both sizes) but if knitting just the hat or mitts, you will need 2 skeins.

NEEDLES:
US 4 3.5 mm 24” circular needle (cir) or double pointed needles (dpn) (depending on how you prefer to work in the round)
US 6 4 mm 24” cir or dpn needles

NOTIONS:
Stitch markers, Tapestry needle, Spare yarn, Stitch holders
