This blanket was started as a special project for my father who had a stroke a month ago to help with his recovery. He has since passed away and we are continuing to knit this blanket to give to my mom in his honor.

Many people from all over the world are contributing to this project by knitting a piece and posting it to me to add to this Recovery Blanket. ( Rememberance Blanket)

I am so very grateful to them for doing this.
