Crochet Pattern for Baby Booties with Cute Bubble Stitch textured cuffs - buttons and loops at the back for easy fastening.

This is a pattern for some very sweet and simple crochet booties with a fun textured bubble stitch that is quick and easy to master. Make these little booties in no time as a lovely gift for a stylish baby - can be made for boys or girls - would look great in dark grey or dark brown.

Written for 2 sizes: 0-6 months (11cms) and 6-12 months (12cms). Finished height is 4 1/4” (10.5cms).

To make the bubble stitch booties you will need:-
-approx 95-105 mts (110-115yds) dk yarn (for main bootie)
-approx 60mts (65yds) contrast sportweight or light dk yarn (worked with 2 strands so you could use chunky yarn instead provided your gauge/tension is accurate to the pattern).
You will also need a 3.5mm crochet hook and a darning needle to finish.
6 x buttons approx 5/8” diameter (1.5cms).

Gauge/Tension: 18sts x 20 rows = 4” x 4” (10cms x 10cms).

The pattern is written for intermediate beginners so you need to know basic crochet stitches and standard methods of decreasing these stitches -
